Information we process

We process account information such as email address, authentication provider profile details, credit balances, subscription status, support messages, prompts, uploaded media, generation metadata, and generated outputs.

We use this information to operate the product, provide generation history, secure downloads, manage credits, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

AI generation providers

Generation requests may be sent to third-party model providers to create the requested image or video. Ordinary users are not shown provider names in the product interface.

Provider output URLs are temporary. Completed assets should be transferred to Veyloom-managed storage when available.

Retention and security

Generation assets and logs may be retained for account history, safety review, billing audit, and product reliability. Temporary download links may expire.

We use access controls, row-level security, and temporary signed downloads to reduce exposure of account and asset data.
